To start a new monthly plan, add a car to an existing account, or to cancel your plan and stop service, please stop by in person or e-mail us at Manager@XtremeCleanAuto.com
Please note: We require a notice of 3 business days before the date of recharge to successfully cancel your plan. Monthly plans cannot be cancelled over the phone. You must stop by in person or by sending us an e-mail.
If cancelling through e-mail, please provide your name, the 8 digit number on your RFID sticker, and a brief reason why you're cancelling. We appreciate any feedback that will help us improve our business, and we promise not to hassle you about cancelling.
